In the few months we’ve had Scout, he’s chewed- 🐾

- *every* single outdoor solar light
- the screen on our backporch (TWICE!)
- front porch rocking chairs
- a rose bush
- countless plants
- 3 wicker baskets
- a 50lb bag of oyster shells
- an entire case of water bottles
- the front door welcome mat
- 2 cardboard boxes

And lastly…. a plastic strip from the side of my car.
MY CAR, y’all!! 🐶

But he makes me laugh, so all is forgiven. 😉

Almost all of them can be funneled down to 4 categories.

I’ll address the first one today-
1. Where does our spiritual authority come from?

This is a huge question!
It’s absolutely FOUNDATIONAL for Christians to know their God-given spiritual authority, and it’s foundational to any Mama who wants to learn how to RISE UP and pray for her children and husband!

At my retreats, *spiritual authority* is the very first topic that we cover because of its importance to understanding spiritual warfare.
But, there is no simple way in a short social media post that I could address this properly so I’m going to refer to a YouTube video that I recorded several months ago. It’s not published yet- but I’ll release it today.

At my retreats the authority teaching is a 2 hour session, (that’s how important it is), but in this video, I address the topic in 2 segments- one is 20 minutes long and the other is 12 minutes long.

If you’re expecting a professional video, then this is not for you. 😂 The 2 videos are certainly not fancy. 😜 In fact, they’re very simple. I didn’t record them for *likes* or for followers- that’s not how I roll.

My retreats are simple, down-to-earth, and laid back, just like this little video.

I recorded it with my iPhone in my guest room one Saturday afternoon last spring. I pray it will help you to begin to understand spiritual authority.
